Single bus fares
These are the fares applied for every bus you get on for a single one way trip, per person.
£2 - Any BeeNetwork bus, and any trip on the 61 within the boundary of, or between Glossop and New Mills. £3 - the capped fare for any other bus journey made on a regular service bus.
There is a reduction for children travelling wholly within Derbyshire with a b_Line card. Their flat fare is £1.50.
Bus only day tickets
Derbyshire Wayfarer for bus only.
South Yorkshire Travelmaster administer the online version of this ticket, that can be placed onto a bus smartcard. Tickets are bought off the app, then can be uploaded from a phone to a smartcard when you are ready to use them. Search "Travelmaster" in your app store.
You can also buy the printed version of the ticket from the driver of any bus on boarding, except BeeNetwork buses

BeeNetwork day savers.
BeeNetwork day tickets are only valid on the 61 between or within the boundary of Glossop and New Mills. To get this, you must ask for an "anybus" ticket when boarding.

Bus and/or train tickets and combinations
Travelling from further afield ? A bus ticket can be added to your train fare via PlusBus.
Any booking made where these places are a destination are eligible for the Buxton/Matlock "High Peak" PlusBus :
Dinting, Glossop, Hadfield, New Mills stations, Chinley, Hope, Bamford, Hathersage, Grindleford, Furness Vale, Whaley Bridge, Chapel, Dove Holes, Buxton, Cromford, Matlock Bath, Matlock.

Derbyshire Wayfarer
All combinations of Wayfarer tickets are available from bus drivers when boarding a bus, and are issued as a normal ticket. Scratchcard tickets can only be purchased from certain outlets as follows : New Mills and Sheffield stations, DCC tourist Information Centres, New Mills Heritage Centre and Glossop Library. They are not sold `on train` or at station ticket machines.

TfGM Wayfarer
This ticket is for visitors from Greater Manchester, and covers most of North Derbyshire and parts of East Staffordshire, bordering Leek, Ashbourne, Matlock and most of the Hope Valley.
Tickets can be bought from any TfGM travel shop, any local shop on the "Paypoint" network, station booking offices or on-train if you cannot buy before boarding.
The ticket does not have a `bus only` option, so only buy this ticket if using a combination of modes.

Cheaper train travel
Northern rail have Duo and advance tickets over the routes between New Mills and Buxton, and New Mills and Sheffield, which may work out cheaper than a Wayfarer for the train part of a journey. Have a look at Duo tickets here , and advance tickets here.
